The Gulf Cove Community has but one organization that
offers a voluntary Property Owners Association. This Association is called the Property
Owners of Gulf Cove, Inc. Incorporated in 1976, our membership is open to ALL property
owners of Gulf Cove.
The Property Owners Association is responsible for all improvements
and the maintenance of our beautiful Riverfront Park and the Private
Boat Ramp property. All costs are collected by the members of the Association through annual
dues, donations, and the user fees developed by the Boat Ramp and other events during the year.
Several recent projects that were undertaken and completed
by POGC, Inc. have included:

New Docks
Sidewalks in our Park
Boat Trailer Parking Spaces
New Covered Pavilion with BBQ
Water and Electric at the Park
Beacon Light to Mark the Channel for Night Boaters
Security Lighting
New and Improved Web SiteNew Playground Swing Set
The Association meets on the second
Tuesday of every month between September and June at the Hope Lutheran Church in Gulf Cove on Hopewell Ave.
