Started as a bag boy in 1963 and rose to assistant store manager by 1967 at Seaway Food Town in Toledo, Ohio. Left to work for Procter & Gamble Distribution Co, where he worked for nearly 30 years before retiring in 1995.

Commissioner Tricia Duffy has been a resident of Charlotte County since 1979.  She is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Communications and M.S. in Health Care Administration from the College of St. Francis.

Most of her career has been in health care management and she recently served as an Account Executive with Comcast for 6 years.

Terms in Office:
Appointed as a commissioner by Governor Jeb Bush in October 2006 to fill an unexpired term for two years
