Membership Requirements
Any Property Owner, which includes vacant lot owners as well as home owners in Gulf Cove,
may apply for membership in the Property Owners Of Gulf Cove Association. Joint
property owners may apply for seperate individual memberships. Renters
may also apply for a Social Membership in the Association and receive all the
privaliges of owners except they cannot vote on issues or hold elected office on the Board of Directors. Annual Membership
Dues are $40.00 per year and runs from January 1 to December 31. Any resident
in Gulf Cove, including renters, may apply for a Boat Ramp Decal for the use
of our boat launching facility. The fee for an Annual Boat Ramp Decal is $45.00 and runs from January 1 to December
31. Our Marina facility is privately owned by The Property Owners of Gulf Cove, Inc. and is not affiliated in any way
with the Counties public boat ramps. County annual stickers are not valid at out our Ramp and Marina. A POGC Boat
Ramp Decal is necessary for launching your boat and for trailer parking. It is absolutely not legal for a Gulf Cove
resident without a Decal to launch his boat and pull the trailer home. For more information on either a POGC Membership

Owners of Gulf Cove Membership and Boat Ramp Decals for the 2011 year. Applications are available at the Boat Ramp or
they can be downloaded and printed directly from this web site. You can also stop by or call the following people.

renew at the Monthly Association meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at The Hope Lutheran Church on Hopewell Ave.
in Gulf Cove. This past year saw many very successful social events at the Gulf Cove Park and we believe 2011 will surpass
2010 by al long way. Join up early so you make it in the 2011 Membership Directory. Click on the Application button
